Recently the Sai Kung International Pre-school (SKIP) children and their families sent 60 special presents to underprivileged children in Hong Kong and Asia.
The kids filled up old shoe boxes with ten interesting and educational gifts purchased especially for children much less fortunate than themselves.
The Box of Hope charity provided guidelines as to the types of items to be placed in the box but each child helped to choose and then decorated their box with their own creative flare.
There is no better way to help a child appreciate how lucky they are than to explain to them that this box they have prepared may be the only gift that a young person in China has ever received.
SKIP plans to make this an annual project. Good work kids!
